Do I need to vacuum before the crew arrives?

Your carpet can never be vacuumed too much. Dry soil removal is the first and a very important part of our cleaning process. We will still, however, vacuum the carpet with a professional vacuum cleaner.

What do you consider as an area?

An area is considered up to 250 sq ft.

How long will it take to clean my carpets?

For steam cleaning, it will take about 1 1/2 hrs to clean the first three areas and an hour to clean each 3 areas over that. You can count stairs as an area.

I have heard that cleaning my carpet makes it soil faster. Is this true?

Carpet Cleaning done incorrectly will soil quickly. Our process leaves no residue, therefore it will not re-soil quickly.

I have had my carpet cleaned, but the spots have reappeared. What should I do?

If spots reappear, call us and we’ll come back to remove them at no charge. This rarely happens with our process.

Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains in the carpet?

No cleaner can honestly guarantee removal of all stains. Some stains can already be set and unremovable. We are trained and have the equipment to remove the majority of stains we come across.

Will carpet cleaning get rid of fleas in my carpet?

Carpet cleaning will not remove fleas, bedbugs, etc. The client will need an exterminator for these issues.
